The Property

When Ed Castro Landscape (ECL) was approached to work on this project, it was a grand property that required a comprehensive landscape overhaul. Designers Ed Castro and Wesley Arasmith collaborated to develop a complete landscape architecture plan that transformed the property into an elegant parterre garden. The vision was to create a timeless, sophisticated outdoor space featuring gravel pathways, a stone terrace, elaborate boxwood gardens, and statues.

Challenges & Successful Solutions

The extensive renovations across the property focused on creating a cohesive and functional landscape. Implementing an effective drainage system was crucial to managing water flow and preventing future issues. ECL conducted extensive drainage renovations to ensure the landscape remained pristine and sustainable.

Gravel pathways and a stone terrace were installed to enhance accessibility and aesthetic appeal. The elaborate boxwood gardens and statues were carefully arranged to create a sense of grandeur and order. ECL also provided a full maintenance program to keep the gardens impeccable year-round. The result is a breathtaking parterre garden exuding classic elegance and meticulous design.
